If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with consumer law and manufacturer policy.

Unopened items in resaleable condition may be returned within 14 days where we explicitly allow it for that product category. Custom or cut-to-order items may not be returnable.
Restocking & shipping
Return shipping may be your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Restocking fees may apply to certain categories; we disclose this before you confirm the return.
